Step 2

With your mouse, highlight JUST the content area of your page (highlighted area below in shades of blue).  Now, follow these steps to eliminate everything EXCEPT the highlighted content area:

  1. Press CTRL + C (this copies the highlighted area to the clipboard)
  2. Press CTRL + A (this selects the entire page contents)
  3. Press the Delete key on your keyboard (this eliminated the entire page contents)
  4. Press CTRL + V (this pastes the content from Step 1 onto your page)
