This site is being provided by TWC Graphics Design as an educational service to our customers.  FrontPage 2003 differs greatly from prior versions of FrontPage, and since our business concentrates largely on FrontPage Templates, this site has been developed to introduce the concept and walk you through the use of the newly included "Dynamic Web Template" (DWT) in FrontPage 2003.

Using a Dynamic Web Template (DWT) in FrontPage 2003 is far superior to using templates available for prior versions for three reasons:

  1. The format allows the designer to place table borders and graphical design pieces in an area outside the portions of the web page you may edit, freeing you from the potential of destroying the design with a simple drag of a border.

  2. The format allows the DWT design to be attached to any existing FrontPage web not using a template (it's almost as easy as applying a theme!).

  3. The format allows a completely different DWT design to be attached to any web having an existing DWT attached to it.  This step can be as easy as Step 2 if you are using only DWTIG compliant DWTs.

The advantages are clear; proceed through the sections of this site to get a "Quick Learn" of the FP 2003 DWT!

This web uses a DWT attached with FrontPage 2003 for its layout and design.  If you are interested in trying out one of our DWTs, this design is available in DWT format through our other sites at no charge:
